This partnership aims to deliver the authentic flavors of "和食"(Washoku-Japanese cuisine), a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, globally,embodying the philosophy of "sharing 感動(kando - deep emotion) beyond borders."
Mazzetta Company LLC, with its extensive logistics and sales network across the United States, specializes in the sale and processing of frozen seafood. This agreement allows Cool-Japan Co., Ltd. to distribute "MIDORI SUSHI" to supermarkets, restaurants, and other seafood businesses throughout the U.S., ensuring consistent quality control and comprehensive customer support.
Thecollaboration will focus on expanding sales channels, enhancing productquality, and broadening the product range within the U.S. market. Jointdevelopment of new products tailored to American consumer preferences andshared sales strategies are also planned to introduce new value to the frozensushi category.
