cool-japan Inc. has been participating in the "GOHAN Project," a dialogue initiative organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) to facilitate discussion between industry stakeholders and develop concrete strategies for expanding exports of Japanese rice and rice-based products.
Building on this involvement, we were recently invited to speak as a representative of companies driving export growth through high value-added processing of Japanese agricultural and food products, at a conference hosted by the Agricultural Export Promotion Measures Committee.
Under the theme "Initiatives for Exporting Japan's Emerging Industry: Frozen Sushi," we shared our passion for our company mission, "Delivering the authentic taste of sushi to the world" , and presented an overview of our advanced processing and export operations.
